At Nashville Integrative Therapy, our approach is integrative — meaning we don't lock you into a single modality. We draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ERP, RO-DBT, EFT, and attachment theory, tailoring the work to your personality, your temperament, and what's actually going on with you.

  • If you're feeling stuck — in a pattern, a relationship, a version of yourself you're ready to outgrow — individual therapy is probably worth exploring. We are an inclusive, judgement-free zone. Our clients come from all walks of life and every socio-economic situation. We serve people living with anxiety, depression, life transitions, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, questions about family of origin and attachment, and more. If you’re ready to do the work and open yourself to change, we’re ready to help. You don't have to have it all figured out before you come in. You just have to be curious. We'll figure out the rest together.

  • Honestly, it varies. Some clients come in with a specific concern and feel ready to move on after several months. Others find that therapy becomes a longer-term space for growth and self-understanding — some of our clients have been trusting us for two years and counting. We won't keep you in therapy longer than you need, and we'll always be honest with you about where you are in the process. We offer 50- and 75-minute sessions.

  • We don't accept insurance. As a nonprofit practice, we're able to offer sliding scale and deep sliding scale rates — which means we can work with a much wider range of financial situations than the insurance model typically allows. Everyone deserves access to excellent care.

  • We offer sliding scale and deep sliding scale fees based on your financial situation, with a portion of our caseload designated for reduced rates. We don't publish our full fee scale on the website, but we're happy to talk through options during your free consultation. What we can promise: if you're serious about starting therapy, we'll do our best to make it work.

  • We offer in-person sessions in our offices located at 1231 17th Avenue South, on Music Row, in Nashville, TN. Virtual sessions are also available.

  • Item dIt starts with a free 20-minute consultation so we can get a feel for each other and make sure it's a good fit. From there, the first couple of sessions are really about information-gathering. We want to understand your story, what brought you in, and what you're hoping to get out of this. There's no pressure to have the perfect answer to any of that. We're not going to hand you a worksheet and send you on your way — we're going to get to know you. The therapeutic relationship is, in our experience and in the research, the single biggest predictor of success in therapy. So we take that seriously from day one.escription
