at Nashville Integrative Therapy Co., we believe effective therapy requires both science and connection

  • We recommend starting at once a week if you are able, and we can transition to bi weekly if/when this feels appropriate. We can absolutely accommodate bi weekly to start.

  • We do not bill directly through insurance but we are happy to help you with the “Superbilling” process. This means that you self pay and can, potentially, be reimbursed by your insurance.

  • While we certainly can, and do, provide diagnoses, this is not required or necessary. If your therapist feels you may benefit from the knowledge of a DSM-5 diagnosis, we will discuss this with you and work towards an appropriate diagnosis together.

  • Yes! We have a front parking lot to accommodate our clients.
