About
Located in Music Row, Nashville Integrative Therapy Co. serves the greater Nashville area for individual and couples counseling, both in person and online.
Our practice is led by Dr. Megan Fowler, LCSW, whose ongoing involvement in community research sets a high standard for clinical excellence. She challenges our team to thoughtfully balance evidence-based practice with client-centered, relational work—because effective therapy requires both science and connection.
Meet Megan
Dr. Megan Fowler works with adults and couples to build attachment security and relational safety, helping clients gently understand and shift patterns that affect emotional well-being and connection. She supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, parenting stress, chronic illness, and relational challenges.
Her work is grounded in evidence-based, research-informed care, with a strong emphasis on attachment-informed treatment, Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), as well as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety-related disorders.
A mom of two, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her two giant breed pups. You can find her at a group exercise class, scouring Trader Joe’s for the best seasonal foods and florals, or at BNA looking for the next adventure.

Meet Bradford
Bradford Talley works with adults, young adults (16+), couples, and families. He has a particular passion for supporting artists, creatives, and entertainment industry professionals, as well as couples navigating communication challenges, life transitions, OCD, anxiety, depression, religious trauma, and both traditional and non-traditional relationships.
Bradford earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University. His therapeutic orientation integrates psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and solution-focused approaches, allowing sessions to be both insight-driven and practical.
At the core of Bradford’s work is a relational, collaborative approach. He believes healing begins with understanding the stories we carry—and together, clients explore patterns that may be limiting growth, build new perspectives, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. His work emphasizes authenticity, emotional depth, and sustainable change.
Outside of work, Bradford enjoys making music, writing, reading, watching films, playing video games, and taking long walks on the greenway with his dog, Gracie.
